We don't recommend it. The Discovery phase is where we gain clarity on your brand, goals, and audience—the foundation for everything that follows. Skipping this often leads to revisions later, ultimately costing more time and money. However, if you have existing brand guidelines and clear requirements, we can streamline this phase.
Your involvement is crucial for the best results, but we respect your time. You'll need to be actively involved during Discovery and provide feedback on designs. During development, we handle the heavy lifting and update you weekly. Most clients spend 2-4 hours per week during active phases.
Minor refinements during development are normal and included. Significant design changes after approval may affect timeline and budget. We include revision rounds in each phase to minimize this, and we're always transparent about any scope changes.
Yes, we can accommodate rush projects when possible. Expedited timelines may require additional resources and investment. Contact us to discuss your deadline and we'll determine if we can meet it without compromising quality.
Life happens. If you need to pause, we'll document where we are, secure all work completed, and create a plan for resuming. We typically allow pauses of up to 30 days without rescheduling fees. Longer pauses may require timeline adjustments based on our availability.
All projects include 30 days of complimentary post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. After that, we offer flexible monthly maintenance packages or pay-as-you-go support. We're always here to help your digital presence continue to thrive.
